Grants to Kansas nonprofit organizations, agencies, faith-based organizations, educational institutions, groups, and individuals for charitable projects to improve the quality of life in southern Saline County and northern McPherson County. Funding is intended for projects that address current and future community needs.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

The Community Foundation will consider grant requests from all 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, government/public entities, educational institutions, and churches.

Other organizations such as for-profit entities, volunteer groups, and individuals will only be considered if the request is for a charitable community grant. The Foundation encourages all other organizations to find a non-profit fiscal partner. If that is not possible, you will need to practice expenditure responsibility including submitting receipts.

In order for the Community Foundation to consider your request, you must have an EIN or Tax ID Number. If your organization does not have either number, please contact the Foundation via email before you apply.

Grants will be limited to projects within communities of the Smoky Valley area in northern McPherson County and southern Saline County.

Pre-Application Information:

Applications are due online by October 15, 2019 and April 1, 2020. All applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM (CST) on the day of the deadline.
