Grants to Kansas nonprofit organizations, government agencies, faith-based organizations, and educational institutions for projects and programs that enhance eligible communities. Programs may fall into one of the following categories: health, education, disaster relief, community projects, recreation, literacy, and general assistance to the needy. Eligible programs are those that benefit residents of Butler County.

- Requests should not exceed $1,000 for El Dorado Community Impact Fund, El Dorado Parks and Recreation Fund, Greater Butler County Community Impact Fund, Kansas Health Foundation Children’s Fund, Kansas Health Foundation Fund – Butler County, Kansas Health Foundation Fund – Douglass, and Kansas Health Foundation Fund – El Dorado.
- Requests should not exceed $3,000 for George Trimble Special Needs Charitable Fund.
- Typical grants from El Dorado Prairie Port Festival Fund range from $500 – $3,500.
- The project/program cannot occur until after grants are estimated to be made (July 2022).
- The project/program must be completed by March 10, 2023, unless additional considerations are shared prior to the completion of the project/program.
