Voter Network Foundation
The Voter Network (formerly the Mainstream Education Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) nonpartisan nonprofit organization dedicated to engaging Kansans to become the best informed, highest voting turnout population in the country. We accomplish this through a suite of innovative tools proven to increase voter turnout, which include our groundbreaking Voter to Voter project and KSBallot.org. Communities that have routinely been undermined in the political process including youth, People of Color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and single women, vote at lower rates than others. As such, these voices are not being heard and current policies at all levels of government reflect that. Our goal is to increase nonpartisan participation in the voting process as a strategy to improve health outcomes and build civic leadership opportunities in these underrepresented communities.
