After further research treasurer established that needed to file a 990 EZ due to donations, grants and fundraising received in 2021 was over amount for a 990N. This funds raised was mostly due to grants for a building project that was supposed to be started in 2021 but due to Covid and various issues building has been pushed back and will start March 2023. This is first year that has had to file a 990 EZ.
