RAISE FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO DEVELOP A LONG TERM SOLUTION TO ADDRESS THE CRITICAL SHORTAGE OF MEDICAL AND SURGICAL FACILITIES AND TRAINED MEDICAL PERSONNEL IN HAITI
