Funding is intended to support educational activities within the focus areas of arts, humanities, science, technology, and invention. Funding is intended for a limited number of young adults who plan to study at an eligible Israeli university or attend a qualifying long-term, post-college program.

Funding is intended to support projects that improve understanding of related business models through professional development, practical experience, and education. Projects should target middle school students through young producers and incorporate technology and new, innovative approaches. The CHS Foundation will only accept state-level requests from key states in the CHS trade territory: Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Grants of up to $5,000 to USA and Scandinavia nonprofit organizations for public programs and events that aim to promote an appreciation of Nordic culture in the United States or American culture in Nordic countries. Funding is intended to encourage the public appreciation of art, culture, and thought.

Award of $65,000 to a USA playwright to recognize an unproduced new full-length work of musical theater that is unique, truthful, and fearless. Applications are encouraged from first-time lyricists, composers, and book writers of all identities. The work must be unproduced and cannot have had a previous professional production or a current production commitment.

Grants to Kansas nonprofit organizations, and government, educational, and religious entities in eligible counties to enhance the quality of life for local residents. Focus areas include arts and culture, community beautification, conservation and environment, community social services and security, and health care. GSCF and 11 of its affiliate foundations are allocated funding for grants to distribute to 14 counties in Northeast Kansas for charitable projects through a competitive application process.
